Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Once a return is approved and instructions are provided, the item must be postmarked/shipped back within 7 days (or the return may be denied).
The game must be complete and in like-new condition. Returns that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete may be partially refunded or not refunded.
How to request a return
Email us at connect@noqgame.com with your order number, name, and shipping ZIP code, and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at connect@noqgame.com within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
